Hi all!
I have not posted here in a long time. Things have just been busy. You all know how that goes ☺️.
Let me catch you up:
My son is now in Pre-K. He absolutely loves it! All through out the summer he was scared and nervous and telling us he did NOT want to go to school. He didn’t want to leave me. At one point he told me the school doesn’t need him, that they can go on without him, hahaha. But thankfully, he is doing great, making friends, loves his teacher and really enjoys school.
Aside from school, I’ve signed him up for some winter programs in out township. Starting in December, he will be in karate, soccer and tennis. I’m glad he will be busy during winter days. You know how challenging it can be when the weather is cold and snowy and the kids are getting stir crazy! So on Friday’s and Saturdays, he will have things to do ☺️.
He is really excited to take karate. He tells me he will be good because he is a ‘ninja’! lol my silly boy. He is also excited to take soccer, being that he really enjoyed it last summer. Tennis is the only sport he is weary about. It’s not a sport he has tried yet, but my husband played tennis for many years and he wanted Nathaniel to try it. So we’ll see how that goes. If he ends up not enjoying it much, we just won’t sign him up for it next year.
But these programs are great because it keeps the children occupied and they are FREE. Yes! FREE! Can’t go wrong ☺️.
